Web Agency Club is based in Australia. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to run the club and get you your access, and we don't sell your information to anyone. Members join us from Australia and around the world, and this policy applies to all of them.

Web Agency Club ("we", "us", "the club") is based in Australia. If you're outside Australia, your information is handled under Australian privacy law and stored on servers run by the third-party providers listed below.

- Details you give us when you apply or join, such as your name, email, and Instagram handle.
- Payment confirmation details from our payment provider (we never see or store your full card number).
- Basic usage data, such as which pages you visit, to help us improve the site.
How we use it
- To review your application and give you access to the club.
- To contact you about your membership, updates, and LIVE calls.
- To keep the site and community running and improve them over time.
We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it with the trusted providers we use to run the club, such as our payment processor, community platform, email tools, and hosting.
How it's stored
Your information is kept with the third-party platforms we use to operate the club, which may store data in Australia or overseas. We only keep it for as long as we need it to run your membership or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
